Contracts Manager

We have an opportunity for a senior Contracts Manager to join our team.  For inception to completion you will control all aspects of each project.  Duties will include site surveys, product specifications, material take offs, appointment and control of suitable labour, quality control, complete cost control and financial management.  In time you will have an opportunity to be involved in broader aspects  of our business development.

The right candidate will be a team player with an ability to communicate at all levels.  You will be ambitious and self motivated with a commercial aptitude and an ability to build relationships with clients.  Knowledge of the flooring industry would be an advantage, but general experience in the contracting role is essential.
