UK TECHNICAL SUPPORT MANAGER

As Forbo’s UK Technical Support Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the UK sales strategy through proactive Technical Services Team support and providing technical specification support, specifically with regard to product, installation and maintenance, as well as pro-active support and on-site technical visits.

You will help to build long-term relationships with key individuals and organisations in the flooring industry, facilitating the creation of up-to-date, relevant technical data and information to support Forbo’s portfolio of products.

The successful candidate will ideally be able to demonstrate extensive technical product, installation and aftercare experience within the floor covering industry, have both technical and commercial talent with the knowledge of how to combine those skills to support Company objectives, resolve technical problems and settle customer disputes. With a competitive salary, the position is predominantly based in the UK but may also require some European travel.

TECHNICAL MANAGER SOUTH EAST

Uzin Utz UK are looking for a Technical Manager for the South East of the UK.

Role Responsibilities:

• To provide Technical Services support in the UK.
• Support and provide training.
• Effectively communicate product performance and development to the Head of Technical.
• Demonstrate products to the flooring trade.
• Support customers with on-site visits and provision of sound technical advice.
• Write specifications for Uzin Utz UK customers.
• To maintain the CRM system database with specifications and site reports.

Your Qualifications:

• Technically proficient and able to effectively apply and demonstrate all Uzin Utz UK products.
• Installation experience necessary.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good computer knowledge.
• Able to work under own initiative and within a successful team. Our Offer to you:
